Men's Peer Support Group

Discovery College are so pleased to offer a Men's Peer Support Group.

Through peer support people living with mental health challenges are seen as part of the solution. We have a significant and active role to play in supporting our own and others’ recovery. Walking alongside someone who understands, who ‘gets it’ helps us to feel less alone.

This group offers a safe, non-judgemental space where men can talk openly, share experiences, be listened to and feel supported without judgement.

This group runs every second Friday. Free tea and coffee and a warm welcome.
