Reading for Wellbeing

Research shows that many of us are reading as a tool for wellbeing. Come along to this special session for Mental Health Awareness Week at the Discovery Centre, next door to Next in the Eastgate Shopping Centre.

Feel free to bring along anything you like, poetry, a book, something you've written or just talk about something you've read that's impacted positively on you.

There's free tea and coffee and a welcoming and non-judgemental space.
