A Women's Winter Solstice Gathering - an evening to release recalibrate and welcome in stillness.

We trust the wisdom of the body as it gently processes with grace all that is occurring at this time and all that is working its way out - we arrive at this moment of STILLNESS with the intention to RELEASE & RECALIBRATE as we invite in the light to illuminate our path forward.

With tenderness we will

✨️Honour the exhale—the breath that softens and releases.

✨️Move our bodies with gentleness.

✨️Spend time in reflection with journal prompts.

✨️Quiet the mind through guided relaxation and meditation.

This will be a quiet gathering, with minimal sharing, so you can be fully present to the expansion gained from slowing down.

This is your Solstice portal, the shortest day becomes a powerful portal - to pause, reflect, release & recalibrate. To weave together the wisdom of mind, body, energy & soul.

✨️ Please bring: a yoga mat (if you have one) cosy comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and anything that supports your comfort.
