What does GoodWork cover?
The two-day GoodWork course provides participants with the tools to design and implement a holistic, evidence-based workplace wellbeing strategy. The training covers:
- Understanding workplace mental health and wellbeing – Learn how work impacts mental health and how to create mentally healthy environments.
- Psychosocial risk management – Identify workplace risks to mental wellbeing and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Responding to psychological harm – Gain clarity on legal obligations, responsibilities, and best practices in supporting employee wellbeing.
- Measuring and monitoring wellbeing – Explore effective ways to track workplace wellbeing initiatives and their impact.
- Developing a wellbeing-based management approach – Learn how to integrate wellbeing into leadership and business operations for lasting change.

Your Facilitator - Dana Carver
30+ years in workplace wellbeing, coaching, and facilitation.
Dana is Scarlatti’s organisational design lead with over 25 years’ experience in the organisational design space. Her work also spans organisational wellbeing, strategy facilitation, and training managers on well-being based leadership.
Her farming background, and wellbeing and corporate experience, brings a comprehensive perspective and depth of knowledge to our projects. She initiated the GoodYarn licensing programme, which has seen over 20,000 people educated in mental health literacy and has served over 500 clients in the wellbeing space.
Dana loves questioning the status quo and discovering new ways to approach old dilemmas. These qualities ensure clients do not get tick box programmes but find the right initiatives and solutions for their organisation.
Dana holds a Bachelor of Psychology, with post-graduate studies in physiology. She is a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor and wellness coach. Dana also speaks at conferences and forums on multiple topics.

What's included
