After 13 years of teaching at the magical Little House in Inver Grove Heights, I’m grateful to be able to open it up for a retreat of the heart.

Whether you have an interest in art, music, Interplay, meditation, movement, shamanic journeying, chocolate, and fire, let's get you on the list.

Bring yourselves, some firewood, a potluck item to share, and your spirited goods to create, meditate, learn, or just be!

May 24: 10-5: Open for personal retreats of your design or one-on-one personal sessions with Sage and the herd. Potluck vegetarian lunch. Bring your journal, art supplies, knitting, dance community, meditation cushion etc, and create your day! $125/hr per group.

May 25: 10-5: A day of community, shamanic journeying, and teachings with Sage and the herd. Vegetarian potluck meal. All are welcome. Journeying experience helpful. $125 per person.
