Yoga Pop-Up: Power & Flow

This is not your average yoga class! Join Danielle from Grounded Moon on the mat for an hour you won't forget. We will be building fire in the body by moving with the breath, repeating postures, building strength by holding poses, and much more. This is an all-level class. Everyone and anyone is welcome to join! There will be modifications and advancements offered throughout class. All you need to bring is water, a mat, and yourself!

*We do have some yoga mats available for anyone who is unable to bring their own.
