Double Pole Workshop with Rain & Lorna!

We’re excited to share that we’ll be hosting a Doubles Pole Workshop designed to bring a whole new level of strength, trust, and creativity to your pole journey!

Partners are not required but bringing your friend is highly recommended! We’ll pair up participants during class if needed. All levels are welcome, though basic pole familiarity is encouraged. We are so excited to have you!

In this workshop, we’ll guide you through:

Partnered Warmups & Conditioning – building strength and awareness with a partner.

Foundational Doubles Poses – beginner-friendly holds, shapes, and spins to get comfortable working together on the pole.

Intermediate Transitions & Combos – creative movements and flows that highlight timing, communication, and teamwork.

Performance Tips – how to use doubles pole to create crowd-pleasing routines that feel effortless and fun.
