Aerial Chains Workshop

In this beginner-friendly workshop we will explore the theory of using two loops in the form of velvet loops and chains! Explore familiar pathways that may feel similar to sling, and then venture into new ones! *Only 6 spots available!

PREREQS: Beginner aerial knowledge preferred (i.e. a few classes of experience).

ATTIRE: We recommend wearing thick, full-length leggings, a full-length shirt or backwarmer, and long socks. Bringing a long sleeve shirt is optional for elbow coverage. The idea is to protect and cushion skin without creating too many points of friction for the chains to catch on!
