National Tree Planting Day

Join UQ GEMS and the CWCN (Cubberla Witton Catchment Networks) this National Tree Planting Day!

We'll be planting 500 trees, shrubs and ground cover saplings at the site, before watering them in and mulching the area! Plenty to get your hands stuck into 🌱🌱

The CWCN has arranged a coffee van for the event, with free coffee provided to volunteers! ☕

This is a bush-care event, participants will be in bush environments. Please wear long sleeves and pants, and make sure to bring a hat and water bottle. Gloves, sunscreen and water will be available at the event.
