About the event

Mandolindy Free Concert in Indianapolis

Mandolindy, Central Indiana's only performing mandolin orchestra, will perform a free one-hour concert, open to the public, as guests of the Central Indiana Folk Music Society. We will play music written for mandolin orchestra including ragtime, classical, Italian, and traditional music from the early 1900s to the 1940s. Everyone is welcome! It is an all acoustic performance featuring mandolins, mandola, octave mandolin and mandocello. We look forward to seeing you there!
