Join us Saturday, May 24th for a healing mini-retreat of yoga & sound healing at Walsingham Park in Seminole, FL. Connect with like-minded individuals, ground in nature, & flow in the wind!
Our ZenHIKE Mini-Retreat includes trail walking under shady trees and yoga/sound bath in nature with Salena and Jenny as your guides!

Flow of the Mini-Retreat: (rough outline)
10am - Meet at pavilion in the park (we will email you the pavilion number) We will all park here and walk from here together.
10:05am- GUIDED HIKE & NATURE WALK- get to know other participants, while stopping along the way to watch wildlife plus take time for nature bathing/ a few minutes of barefoot grounding to recharge and reconnect with the earth.
11:15am- SOUND BATH & YOGA UNDER SHADY TREES- Arrive at our final destination for a Sound Healing & Relaxing Yoga session to fully disconnect into the rhythm of crystal bowls and drums, melting into a state of pure tranquility!!
12:20pm- LUNCH - wander over to our ZEN picnic where we will have plant-based vegan lunch & water refills.
After lunch, enjoy chatting with other ZEN-FRIENDS!
*Retreat Ends but you will leave with a ton of memories, a relaxing state of being, and maybe even some new friends!
Tickets are $60 and cover the entire experience, including a yoga mat, plus yoga by Jenny, a live sound healing by Salena, vegan lunch, and a cool lavender eye pillow to help relax post-yoga.
Your entrance fee to the nature preserve is also included.
