ADANNA Women’s Support Group is providing FREE 10 weeks of fun and exhilarating women-only dance classes, featuring Zumba, Bhangra, and Bollywood sessions designed to help you get fit, make friends, while having fun.

Whether you're looking to improve your wellbeing, boost your energy, or simply enjoy movement in a supportive space, these classes are the perfect way to begin 2026 with positivity and joy.
