BYBOB Alive Cycle

A high-intensity full body workout featuring rhythm riding both in and out of the saddle. Expect choreography to work the upper body and core. Classes will include weights and will feature 1-2 upper body weighted sections using 3-5 lbs dumbbells. While advanced work will occur, all levels welcome as modifications are offered.
