Full Moon Yoga & Sound

Join us for an evening of movement, reflection, and deep restoration under the full moon. Set beside the serene creek at Adam Orgain Park, this immersive outdoor experience invites you to reset your nervous system and reconnect to yourself and nature.

You'll be guided through:
🌕 A gentle, grounding yoga flow (all levels welcome)
✨ Reflective journaling to release what’s no longer serving you
🔊 A deeply calming sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls
🔥 An optional burning ritual to let go and create space (weather permitting)

This isn’t just a class—it’s a chance to pause, reflect, and align with your inner rhythm.

✨ Please bring a yoga mat, water, journal, and anything that helps you get cozy (blanket, pillow, eye mask).

✨ We’ll meet by the creek under the trees.
