Dance Fitness

Come join me at All That Dance in Hutchinson (off hwy 7, next to Jimmy's Pizza) from 7pm-8pm for a dance inspired fitness class like no other!
...normally the class is held at Crosspoint Church, but I will be teaching at the studio right before class time this week...


ABSOLUTELY NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!

Combine cardio and toning routines in a super chill environment while jamming to some of your pop favorites.

Bring your favorite workout shoes, wear something that you are comfortable and confident in, bring a water bottle, and prepare to sweat! If you would like to use light weights (1-3 lbs) for some of the toning routines, feel free to bring your own (not required or necessary)

Open to all ages, genders, and skill levels.

Only $5 per class via cash or venmo (discounted punch cards also available)
