Each week You'll be guided through a series of poses that are held for 2 to 4 mins, allowing you to access deeper layers of facia and connective tissue. Yin yoga is the perfect balance to more active forms of exercise. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Space is limited please call or text 440 320 7315.
