Join us for weekly Mat Pilates sessions led by Aly Steingart at the Hurleyville Performing Arts Centre. These low-impact, full-body workouts focus on building core strength, enhancing flexibility, and improving posture. Through a series of controlled movements performed on a mat, you'll engage in exercises designed to strengthen and lengthen muscles, increase body awareness, and promote balance. Aly provides modifications to ensure everyone can participate comfortably, making these classes suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, these sessions offer a supportive environment to connect mind and body.

What to Bring:
-A yoga or Pilates mat

-Water bottle to stay hydrated
