Yoga at Chapman Mountain

Land Trust of North Alabama is pleased to offer a new outdoor wellness program–Saturday morning yoga at Chapman Mountain Nature Preserve. We invite you to join yoga instructor Claudette Dahlberg and lengthen and strengthen your muscles in a vinyasa flow practice.

This program will take place in the grassy area adjacent to the Terry Education Pavilion. Participants should bring a mat, a towel to put under your mat, water, sunscreen, and bug spray.

Cost per class: FREE for members, $5 for non-members

If the event must be canceled due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond Land Trust control, please consider the cost of your class fee to be a tax-deductible donation to the Land Trust of North Alabama. All class registrants will be notified of cancellation by email to the address provided.
