Illyria Studios and Settling the Mud are offering a Pride event like no other! The new moon brings the perfect time to set intentions for how you want your life to be this next moon cycle, and beyond. Join the LGBTQ+ community to help create a future where your true colors can shine bright.

We will start with a tea ritual and a meditative rainbow qi gong movement (accessible to all mobility types) to create the container for the change we desire. Then we will immerse ourselves in a restorative soundbath to create the power needed for progress in our lives.
