Mental Health: Turn Awareness Into Action

First Missionary Baptist Church (FMBC) and the Alabama Cooperative Extension System will host a mental health program on stress and anxiety called Turn Awareness into Action. The program will be held on Saturday, June 14, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the Fellowship Hall at FMBC, located at 3509 Blue Spring Road in Huntsville, AL.

When life as we know it is challenged daily, people are experiencing high levels of stress and anxiety. Hear from professional mental health providers about the effects of stress and anxiety, so that you can act when a mental health crisis occurs.

Admission is free, and refreshments will be provided. Participants are asked to register by June 12 at https://www.aces.edu/go/4420.
