FREE - 2 - Week Beginner Yoga Workshop // Nurture Studio Huntly

Thursday, 25th September and 2nd October - 6.30-8 PM

Curious about yoga but not sure where to begin? This free 2-week workshop is designed just for beginners, or anyone wanting to return to the foundations. Over two sessions, we’ll focus on the most common yoga poses, learning safe alignment and building confidence so you can step into your practice with ease.


This is an in-person workshop, and I’m looking for people who are committed to showing up for both classes. To support your journey, everyone who attends both sessions will receive a special discount on their first full term of classes.
