Welcome to Meditation night~ The Tree of Life
The Tree of life in many cultures, folktales & mythologies represents the source of life, reminding us we are all connected.
The cycle of the tree during each seasonal change reminds us of where we need to be, in this moment, the cycle of spring- growth, renewal & expansion.
During this guided meditation, we will journey into our sacred forest to find our own Tree of Life and receive what you are ready to bring forward.
After the meditation, feel free to share your experience over a hot cupper & receive clarity through an Oracle pull.
This is a safe space to share & connect with others.
No previous meditation experience necessary, this form of meditation is guided & created to be gentle and grounding.

About the venue:
Nurture Studio Huntly is located at the rear of the property, parking on either the road side or driveway. Follow the driveway to the back of the house & the path will lead around to the studio. Please be mindful it is dark & there is some building going on as well.
Chairs, mats, bolsters, blankets all provided at the studio,
When you arrive, feel free to set up your space as you choose. Building yourself a warm & cozy spot to journey.
Feel free to bring anything to create a comfy environment.
Bring along a journal or note book if you feel drawn & anything you would like to enhance your meditation, for example Crystals
