Lee Dean will take on the persona of Jennings Randolph, a West Virginia U.S. Senator instrumental the passage of the 26th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution expanding voting rights to 18, 19, and 20 year olds. Presentations begin at 2:00, 2:30, 3:00, and 3:30.
