Join us for a vibrant, hands-on evening where we’ll explore how delicous veggies are with a lineup of delicious, plant-based sauces that transform everyday dishes into something extraordinary.
We’ll dive into how to enjoy a more diverse and exciting variety of vegetable-based meals by pairing them with flavorful, nourishing sauces.
On the menu:• Basil Pesto Garlic Sauce with Pasta• Cashew Cream Sauce for Roasted Veggies• Almond Coconut Date Sauce for a Fresh Salad
We’ll review the simple, whole ingredients behind each sauce and demo how to blend them to creamy perfection using the Vitamix blender.
Plus, enjoy a taste of a few pre-prepared veggie dishes during the class. Come ready to be inspired — and to taste the magic of plant-based cooking!
