Join us every Friday at 1 PM at The Point Café for a supportive and empowering free class on recognizing, healing from, and overcoming toxic relationships. This class provides insight, coping strategies, and a safe space to share and grow. Open to anyone seeking healthier relationships and personal growth.

This class is open to men and women and is totally free.

You do not have to be a member of The Point Café to attend.
