Through breathwork, poetic reflection, and guided prompts, participants will explore how breath can awaken creativity and deepen self-connection. Led by Long Island Poet of the Year, Jesse Curran, this workshop invites writers of all levels to engage mindfully with language and leave renewed—breath and words flowing.
