Wild & Held: The Joy Drop

A sacred and joyful silent disco dance experience for solo mothers and their children (age 7+).

Move freely, reconnect with your feminine energy, and share a playful, empowering rhythm with your little one by your side.
No pressure. No roles. Just music, movement, and a space to be wild and held.

This is our first ever Wild & Held session and we’re offering it at a *special introductory exchange* as we explore what’s possible when mamas and minis meet on the dancefloor.
