Join me for this super Saturday session focusing the much loved 'The Spine Stretch' which is the key to unlocking tight hips, improving pelvic flexibility and overall mobility!
Using wedges, cushions and bands, we'll focus on gently and very slowly, stage by stage in releasing the inner thighs and encouraging the hamstrings to lengthen, 1 millimetre at a time. Before you know it, you'll feel the shift, be in a better pelvic position and excitingly, be lower more comfortably.
With dedicated time at each stage, you'll soften tightness and notice how you start to melt better into the stretch. You'll learn how to unlock your mind with focused breathing which will unlock your back and hips, improving your Spine Stretch range.
Practice does make perfect and this is the ideal session to help you advance in this challenging exercise.
