Saturday Session - Shoulder Stand Special!

Join me for this super Saturday session focusing specifically on perfecting the Shoulder Stand!
We'll focus on breaking down the movements and firing the correct muscles in the right order, to ensure a smooth take off!
Once in a stand, you'll learn the technique of proper balance, control and staying up in a shoulder stand comfortably.
You'll unlock what is needed to not only ascend with smooth and fluid control but to descend too!
Practice does make perfect and this is the ideal session, to help you refine your Shoulder Stand technique.
Once mastered, the following FULL VERSION exercises become very attainable, with minimal effort;
- The Roll Over
- The Corkscrew
- The Scissors
- The Bicycle
- The Jack Knife
- The Boomerang and
- The Control Balance
