Your chance to have a social ride with Dani King, Gold medal winner from London 2012.

The evenings itinerary:
17:45 - 18:00 arrival and get kit on.
18:00 - 18:10 - ride briefing
18:15 - 19:15 - 1 hour ride.
19:15 - 19:45 - showers, drinks,
19:45 - Matt talk on Rowe & King, Ryan talk on FTP, Dani talk on her career.

This is a free event to any cyclist or fan that wants to know more about riding to the best of your potential, advice in training, advice on bike choice, bike set up and much much more.
