Meet & Greet Day

🌱 Calling All Garden Lovers! 🌱
Would you like to be a part of a much admired and successful community garden? Would you like to meet new people, enjoy the fresh air and get some gentle exercise?

🧤 This is your opportunity to come and see what we are all about and chat with some of the volunteers. Whether you’ve got green fingers or just a willing spirit, we’d love your help!

There’s going to be plenty to have a go at including seed sowing, taking cuttings and generally learning about all the different kinds of jobs we do here. You can even do some weeding!

No long-term commitment—just come along, lend a hand, and see what it’s all about. You might just fall in love with the place (like we did!)

☕ We’ll provide refreshments (including tea and cake!)
🧤 Just wear sturdy shoes and dress for the weather
🌿 Tools and guidance will be provided

Our weekly volunteer garden work days are Wed & Sat 9am-12pm.

We also need people when the garden is open to the public to help meet and greet folks, sell fresh produce and man our plant sale. Every Sunday & bank holiday 2pm-5pm
