This exclusive evening features a guided tasting of premium bourbons from Hard Truth Distilling Co., with each sample expertly paired with a four-course gourmet meal, crafted by Butcher & Barrel to complement the bold and nuanced flavors of the spirits. A bourbon expert from Hard Truth & a chef from Butcher & Barrel will lead the tasting, sharing insights into the distillery's craft and the pairing process behind each dish.

1st course: Smoked Salmon Tartar
2nd course: Fried Green Tomatoes with Bacon Jam
Grapefruit Sorbet Pallet Cleanse
3rd Course: Flat Iron Steak with grilled scallion, fried sweet potato & bourbon peppercorn sauce
4th Course: Individual Smoked Pecan Pie with a bourbon whipped cream
