Shamanic Drum Journey

Join Bright Haven co-founder Wendy Mattingly for an evening of journeying, guided by light language and singing. We will begin with a grounding mediation to align our channel and root to the earth before entering our heart space to journey. Each person’s journey is an individual experience, whether it is a search for answers to a question, a bid to connect with their spirit guides, power animals or etheric helpers or simply to find a space of peace within the self. We will have an opportunity to share at the end.

Please bring whatever you need to lay down comfortably such as a pillow, blanket, yoga mat, or eye mask.
