6-year-old, Anni was born with levo-transposition of the great arteries. Which will require her to have her third open-heart surgery in a few months at Philadelphia CHOP hospital. This surgery will reverse the lower heart chamber the way it should be. She will spend anywhere from 2 weeks to a month in the hospital recovering.
All money raised will help cover the expenses of loss of work, traveling expenses and everyday normal bills. It would be great if we could all come together and raise enough money to be able to cover the expense of a hotel room also during their stay too.
The meal will consist of spaghetti and meatballs, dinner roll, side salad, drink and dessert. Eat in or take out.
$15.00 per person. Ages 6-12 $7.00 and 5 and under free.
There will be basket raffles available. Must be present to win.
If you are unable to make the dinner...we are in need of basket donations, monetary donations or supplies.
