We are honored to invite you to the Beauty for Ashes Luncheon on Thursday, November 14, 2025, at the beautiful Walden on Lake Houston Country Club—a meaningful gathering in support of the Holocaust Remembrance Association’s ongoing mission.
Led by Honorary Chairs Chris and Jason Parker, this year’s luncheon will feature a gourmet meal, a silent auction of exclusive artwork, and an inspiring keynote address by Dr. Susanna Kokkonen, renowned international speaker and former Director of Christian Friends of Yad Vashem, flying in from Finland for this special occasion.
We will also honor Jose Castellanos, descendant of Righteous Among the Nations, whose ancestor’s life and legacy exemplify the strength, dignity, and testimony that shape the heart of HRA18’s work.
Chaired by Aimee and Darren Barlow, with co-chair Mariel Rocha-Narvaez, this intimate afternoon offers a powerful opportunity to gather in remembrance and raise essential funds that sustain our educational outreach, programming, and operational capacity year-round.
