Yoga 101 with River Falls Community Education

Description: This new 4-week summer series is ideal for people who have never done yoga before or who have limited experience. Students will explore the history of yoga and discover its many benefits: weight loss, stress relief, increased strength, flexibility, and more.

Bring to Class: Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Bring your own mat and water bottle.

Location: River Falls High School Hallway Pods

Time: Tuesdays, May 6th - 27th from 6:15-7:30pm
