What is Reiki? Reiki is a gentle hands-on energy healing technique that promotes relaxation stress relief and emotional balance by channeling universal life energy. Whether you're new to energy work or looking to deepen your spiritual practice Reiki Level One is the perfect starting point.
This transformative class is co-taught by two experienced Reiki Masters: Cynthia Menard of Inkwood Healing and Amanda Worcester of Wandering Light Reiki. They will guide you through the foundations of Reiki self-healing techniques Reiki for animals and how to work with energy effectively. This class includes hands-on practice a Level One attunement and a certificate of completion.
