Carrot Ginger Soup – bright and warming with a touch of jalapeño, finished with lime and fresh herbs

Roasted Carrots with Shallots, Mozzarella & Spicy Breadcrumbs – Serve this as a light, meatless meal on its own or a vibrant side dish to a simple roast chicken or fish.

Flourless Carrot Cake – crunchy, spiced, and incredibly light—a fresh twist on the classic dessert

From soup to dessert, you’ll discover just how versatile carrots can be when paired with bold flavors and thoughtful technique. This class is perfect for seasonal cooks, plant-based food lovers, and anyone looking to see carrots in a whole new way!
