PowerMax with Megan: Armor Up Pop-Up Fitness Class
Join us for an empowering, faith-infused fitness experience where we train both body and spirit! Armor Up is a dynamic pop-up workout led by Megan, combining high-energy movement with biblical inspiration based on Ephesians 6:10-18 – The Armor of God.
This 60 minute class includes strength, cardio, and core exercises suitable for all fitness levels, plus moments of reflection, scripture, and encouragement to remind you that your true strength comes from God.
Whether you're looking to build endurance, grow in your faith, or connect with a supportive community, this class is your invitation to move with purpose and stand strong—in body, mind, and spirit.
