F45 Training Four Points - HYROX PFT (Physical Fitness Test)

F45 Training Four Points is excited to bring the HYROX Physical Fitness Test (PFT) to our gym — a high-energy, community-driven event that gives you a taste of the HYROX race experience! Sunday, December 14th at 8 am, F45 FourPoints.

What’s the HYROX PFT?

It’s a globally standardized workout designed to challenge your endurance, strength, and grit. You’ll complete six stations for time, and based on your finish, you’ll earn a Gold, Silver, or Bronze patch — plus a spot on the global leaderboard by age and gender.
