Ever fancied trying your equestrian skills at working equitation the new and up and coming discipline.
Now is your chance to have a group training session with accredited coach Carolyn Goldstraw. Carolyn also competes her own horses in working equitation so not only approaches the session from a coaching perspective but also as a competitor.
There will be four sessions throughout the day
Each session will have three horses and their riders/handler. Lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes
You may either attend the session with your horse in hand - (the horse must be in suitable headgear to ensure you have control) or under saddle.
The sessions are held mainly in walk, with the more confident handlers/riders trotting and cantering
Time slots are;
10am until 1115am
1130am until 1245am
115pm until 230 pm
245pm until 4 pm
Riders/handlers where possible will be grouped according to ability
Prices are
£25 each for club members
£30 non club members
When booking please state whether you are attending as a handler or under saddle and if you intend to walk or trot or try canter
Juniors and lead rein are welcome
Hot and cold drinks will be available, as well as snacks
Parking will be along the reservoir
Please confirm attendance, payment in full must be made by the 1st June 2025
