TRE (Tension and Trauma Release Exercises) is a simple, gentle, and natural way to release tension, stress or anxiety and rebalance the nervous system.

What to Expect: After doing a few very simple exercises, we lie down on a mat and allow the body's own natural tremor mechanism to be activated and.... shake! (If your hands have ever been shaking when you're nervous or excited then you've already experienced a little of it!)

The benefits of TRE can range from improved sleep, a calmer, clearer mind, relieving stress, pain and muscle tightness to a greater sense of resilience to the things that life can throw at you!
What do you need? Wear loose comfortable clothing. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
