Progressive Training - Session 1

This series is for you if you want to gradually build up the fitness to race a 5k. It is intentionally scheduled to run at the beginning of the season so you can focus on serious racing from December onwards. 4 x sessions focused on increasing the distance for both you and your dog, whether experienced canicrosser or beginner, starting with 1k intervals to be run as many times as you and your dog feel comfortable, 1.3k on the second session, 1 mile on the third and 2k intervals on the 4th session. Course marking will be as per BSSF and CaniX practice: red and blue markers.

At the end of the series we have a Time Trial session scheduled to test 3 distances: 1 mile, 2.5k or 5k. To be booked separately.

DOGS MUST BE 12 months old on the day of the session!
