Step into Dance at our Ceroc Beginner Welcome Evening
If you've been thinking about trying Ceroc, this is the perfect night to start. Our Beginner Welcome Evening is designed especially for first-time dancers. No partner? No experience? No worries
* Pre-Class Welcome Chat - Please arrive by 7:20pm
Doors open at 7:20pm, and we’d love you to join us early for a relaxed welcome chat before the class starts. We’ll introduce you to the crew, explain how the evening works, and make sure you're feeling confident and ready to go.
* What to Expect:
Ceroc is a fun, sociable partner dance that’s easy to learn and perfect for all ages. You don’t need any dance experience or a partner - just comfortable shoes and a willingness to give it a go.
* How the Night Runs
~ Welcome Chat: Meet your teacher and crew, ask questions, and settle in.
~ Beginner Class: We’ll teach you a few simple moves and how to dance them with different partners.
~ Freestyle Dancing: After the class, we play music and you can practise your new moves at your own pace.
~ Second Session (Optional): We run a second beginner session later in the evening, so you’ll get a chance to repeat or try something new.
* Reassurance and Encouragement
Everyone in the room was new once - and we remember exactly how that felt. You’ll be guided through every step in a friendly, no-pressure environment. We rotate partners throughout the class, so you’ll meet lots of welcoming faces, and there’s always someone nearby to help if you need it. (Couples may stay fixed if they prefer - no pressure to rotate around)
