To equip Activity Providers with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools to demonstrate how meaningful activities support wellbeing and quality of life during CQC inspections.

1. Describe who the CQC are, their inspection process, and how activity and engagement link directly to quality of life outcomes.
2. Identify which CQC quality statements and “I statements” are most relevant to activity provision.
3. Demonstrate how to use the NAPA Standards and real-life evidence to showcase person-centred, consistent, and high-quality activity practice.
4. Apply practical techniques to answer inspector-style questions with confidence and present clear evidence of impact.
