Nada Yoga is the yogic science of inner transformation through sound. Rooted in ancient Indian philosophy, it teaches that sound (nada) is a pathway to spiritual awakening, using external sounds (like music or mantra) and internal sounds (heard in deep meditation) to still the mind and access higher states of consciousness.
Starting Monday 30th June, 7pm - 8.30pm
This is a four week course for those who wish to explore the beauty of yogic meditation with sound activation via instruments and your own voice along with chakra based colour visualisation.
Each week we delve deeper into our meditative practice adding another aspect to the experience.
Week 1
Monday 30th June- experience a guided meditation with sound through each chakra
Week 2
Monday 7th July - we add visualisation of colour along with sound
Week 3
Monday 14th July - we use our voice as I guide you to use the seed sounds of each chakra energy centre to help balance and harmonise your body
Week 4
Monday 21st July - we use all that we have learnt to embrace a full and harmonious nada yoga practice
Handouts will be be given and we can have a group chat for support for practicing at home
£60 for 4 weeks
* you will need to commit to the 4 weeks - if you for some reason need to miss a class I can however help and send info - payment for 4 weeks must be paid upfront though as it is not a class to dip in and out of 🙏🏼
