Photo Exhibition ”Memories of Burma/Myanmar 2005-2024”

Hitoshi Kameyama was born in Tokyo, Japan in December 1966.
Interested in the relationship with his country Japan he visited Myanmar for the first time in 2005. He found a country with a military dictatorship. On later trips he witnessed the changes that were happening, the opening up, the lifting of restrictions. And his camera registered it all. Mostly the people he encountered.
