Heartbeat is an embodied, sensual movement experience that brings you home to the sacred sound of your own inner rhythm and untamed wisdom between your hips and your heart.
We begin with a grounding ritual of breath and intention, guided by Adriana of Lunar Healing and anchored by the heart-opening elixir of sacred cacao to awaken the heart-womb connection. From there, you’ll be led into a sensual movement meditation set to the soul-stirring sounds of DJ Samantha of See Fit Living, while Adrianne Martin of Free Flow Fitness gently guides you through stretches and embodied movement to awaken your sensual current and open your body and senses from within.
There is no expectation.
