Foundations of Yoga 6 Week Series w/ Myra

This 6-week series, Mondays at 7:15pm starting 7/14/25, is designed to help you build a strong and confident yoga practice from the ground up. Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to reconnect with the basics, each class offers a supportive environment to explore movement, breath, and mindfulness.
Throughout the series, you’ll be introduced to foundational yoga poses, breathwork techniques, and simple flows, along with key concepts from yoga philosophy such as the 8 Limbs, Yamas & Niyamas, and mudras. You'll learn how to move with greater awareness, understand the “why” behind the practice, and gain tools to support your physical and mental well-being both on and off the mat.
You’re welcome to sign up for the full series at a discounted rate or use your drop in for individual classes as your schedule allows at a drop in rate or using your class package.
