About the event

Writers in the Schools (WITS) Poetry Reading

Since 1989, Writers in the Schools (WITS) has brought Houston schoolchildren to the Menil Collection to write about the artworks they encounter. Students are invited to present select writings resulting from these visits, at the end of the school year.

This lecture takes place in the main building, located at 1533 Sul Ross Street. As always, Menil programs are free and open to all.
